In 2011 Traineasy was chosen to supply WWL NHS Trust with a Moodle-based system to be used in place of the NLMS, which did not offer the functionality or flexibility this client required, for all their IT systems training.
The cost savings to the Trust have been considerable and in 2012 the system was upgraded to the full ‘Traineasy LMS’ and its use extended to all statutory mandatory training across the Trust.
“We selected Traineasy as our elearning partner because they understood our requirement and had the full range of products and services we needed plus ongoing support. I would recommend Traineasy to anyone looking for a flexible LMS and an experienced, knowledgeable supplier.”

The engineering arm of Virgin Australia needed a large number of PowerPoint presentations converting into SCORM-compliant Lectora courses to run on their LMS. Traineasy was selected for the work, as a direct result of our responsiveness to the initial enquiry and ability to understand what was needed.
After a very successful project we were then asked to specify a bespoke compliance LMS to enable engineers’ training – whether face-to-face or e-learning – to be tracked and managed.
The system we have developed has replaced the old LMS and now enables complex rules for compliance to be managed, as well as email reminders for both e-learning and face-to-face courses, and has cut down tremendously on the amount of administration that had been required in these areas.
Virgin Australia are just one of our clients who we are proud to have worked with on multiple projects over a large span of time.
The compliance officers at Allianz Global Assistance needed a solution to deliver statutory financial regulatory training to thousands of staff working in travel agency branches all over the UK.
Traineasy was selected to deliver a bespoke compliance solution and custom content on four key areas:
- Treating Customers Fairly
- Understanding UK Financial Regulations
- Product Knowledge
- Selling Insurance
The e-learning was created using Lectora, and staff at Allianz were trained in its use so they can now keep the courses up-to-date themselves.
The end users of the system are required to pass the four courses every year in order to remain competent to sell the company’s insurance, whilst the compliance officers use the detailed reports to audit the training and track compliance.
